HISTORY

Brazos Books was founded in 1988 by the founding family owners in Waco, Texas. After serving as a go-to gem for the book-loving community of the city for decades, the legacy continued on when in 2020, a new family bought the bookstore to continue serving as a staple of the community for book shoppers!

Husband and wife team Daniel and Noelle are passionate about books and creating a curated shopping experience for their customers, while offering unbeatable prices.

BOOK PRICES

You can always find tons of bargain books at Brazos Books! We have many, many thousands of books of every size and type.  We always have a huge number of books on sale, marked down to a fraction of their original retail price.
Our regularly priced mass market paperback books are priced at half of the original retail price. Most of our larger paperback and hardback books are discounted much more! 

The vast majority of our books sell for between $1 to $6. 

TRADE-IN POLICY

We accept trade-in books if we think we can sell them quickly. You get in-store book credit equal to about half of what we think we can quickly sell the book for. There are some special rules about using in-store credit which we will be glad to explain when you come in.
